Everyone that wear gym clothes will be wicking away their sweat, so they won’t be so sweaty after the exercise. Good gym clothes are also known to prevent injury and enhance exercise performance.
Another good idea to remove gym fear is to bring a friend along with you. With a friend around, you will feel a lot more comfortable. You can bring your fit friend to help you out. Someone could also bring along another person who has never been to the gym before, so that they will both experience their first day at the gym together.
